This recipe offers a high-fiber and functional breakfast or snack alternative. Espresso and raw cacao contain natural antioxidants and energizing ingredients. Chia seeds support digestion, provide satiety and provide omega-3 support.

Dates are a natural sugar source that both provides flavor and eliminates refined sugar. The yogurt and almond butter used in the recipe support hormonal balance with protein and healthy fats. This recipe is perfect for those who want to stay full with coffee in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 3 yemek kaşığı chia tohumu

  • 100 ml süt (badem sütü önerilir, ama her süt olur)

  • 3 yemek kaşığı yoğurt (hindistan cevizi yoğurdu ya da süzme yoğurt)

  • 1 tatlı kaşığı şekersiz badem ezmesi

  • 2 adet hurma (çekirdekleri çıkarılmış, yumuşatılmış)

  • 1 çimdik tuz

  • 60 ml espresso veya filtre kahve

  • 1 yemek kaşığı ham kakao

Üzeri İçin:
  • Hindistan cevizi yoğurdu veya Ballı süzme yoğurt (isteğe göre labne de olabilir)

  • Ekstra ham kakao serpiştirilebilir

Preparation

Step 1


Blend all ingredients (including chia) until creamy. Divide the mixture between two bowls.



Step 2


Add coconut yogurt or strained yogurt with honey on top. Finally, sprinkle raw cacao. You can consume it immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
