This smoothie is designed to support intestinal health and reduce inflammation, especially with its fiber, healthy fat and micronutrient content.

Spinach is rich in folate and iron. Green apple and cucumber contain both prebiotic fiber and antioxidants. Avocado supports hormonal balance with monounsaturated fatty acids that strengthen the intestinal barrier.

Chia seeds facilitate digestion by providing omega-3, soluble fiber and long-term satiety. It is ideal for individuals who want to stay full without experiencing a drop in energy, especially in the morning or during snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach

  • ½ green apple

  • ½ cucumber

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed

  • 1/2 slice of avocado

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

Step 1


Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.



Step 2


Serve cold or add a few ice cubes. Garnish with a few slices of cucumber or chia seeds if desired.
